A Very Spartan Christmas

The tiny mom in this session is one of my very best friends and one of my neighbors (although that came after the friendship...I still don't know any of my other neighbors' names... three years later). We don't see each other enough, but we've seen each other through a miserable semester of Chemistry (quel nightmare), a group chat that never quits, work/school/family craziness, amazing girls nights out, an anxious pregnancy (hers), a crappy breakup (mine) and mile after grueling mile on our sporadic runs through Van Cortland Park where these photos were taken.
